Waste Management : Called locations to make sure services were performed (compactor delivered, emptied or repaired). Also called hauler to confirm work order was received. Special projects confirming haulers were paid for services rendered. Updating tonnage for location services. Invoice reconciling.
DAI : Answered inbound calls from customers checking on the status of their orders. Issued credits and or refunds. Assisted customers with mailing/shipping errors, order entry errors and warehouse miss picked errors. Answered escalated email issues. Placed orders for customers that are placing multi brand orders. Adjusted pricing and shipping prices where needed. Ordered catalogs for customers..
