o Equity Specialist: Knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion frameworks that promote effective, thoughtful, and inclusive decision-making.
o Facilitator with Stakeholders: As facilitator I strategically evaluate policies, systems and practices to ensure racial and intercultural equity. Establish and build relationships with a broad set of underserved-culturally diverse communities and stakeholders.
o Outreach & Cultural Competency: As an advocate for racial justice I facilitate important conversations and apply the Equity Lens in an effort to reduce and ameliorate the effects of modern forms of racial prejudice in our systems.
o Data and Survey Collection: Evaluate and interpret data from countywide Voter Survey and Focus Groups to identify the barriers to voting for disenfranchised/ underrepresented communities.
o Reporting: Develop research based, succinct, all-encompassing reports using statistical and anecdotal data, for internal and external publication. Present reports in writing and orally.
