* Responsible for set-up, troubleshooting and maintenance of up to 10 desktop, 50 point-of-sale computers, 200 RF PDAs per door.
* Responsible for training and reviewing procedures on systems, upgrades, program rollouts, store remodels and inventories.
* Utilized laptop computer with VPN & RSA token for (up to 4) multiple stores, as well as home telecommuting.
* Completed assessments of Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA Privacy Act, Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standards elements.
* Implementation of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.
