Hired as a Creative Assistant upon completion of internship, I collaborated with a variety of artists and technicians in the New Orleans area to curate art exhibits, film screenings, weddings, and a variety of other events for BROEL Art Collective. These events include a popup gallery in the French Quarter of New Orleans, which exceeded attendance expectations, resulting in increased sales and brand awareness.

My skills, experience, and awareness for art, allowed me to successfully research, identify, and implement trends to select art for the gallery and develop marketing efforts to increase business. I developed professional relationships with clients, artists, vendors, and lenders within the area to assure the success of the establishment and individual events.

Mercedes-Benz Superdome and New Orleans Arena

Sales

With over 76,000 seats in the Mercedes Benz Superdome and 19,000 seats in the New Orleans Arena, both venues are a host to major sporting events and concerts in the New Orleans area. Ticket sales for such events include local, national, and international clients.

As a member of the sales team, I fulfilled both direct and Ticketmaster sales for the events. I answered customer inquiries in addition to filling seat requests and promotional efforts. I consistently received exceptional levels of customer satisfaction ratings, which resulted in increased sales.

Student Worker

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette hosts a variety of shows and events in its 274 campus buildings, including the Cajun Dome, which holds 12,800 seats. As a student worker, I fulfilled ticket sales for the events.

I answered inquiries and addressed any discrepancies for both students and individuals within the community while fulfilling Ticketmaster sales. I successfully initiated sales for events by targeting customer markets to provide event and service recommendations.

In addition, I provided guidance to both students and faculty when scheduling events on campus, including assuring rooms were set up as requested. I provided information to students on campus events and resources.
