Australian fashion design and sister duo, Olivia and Courtney Lennan launched Tan & Brown in June 201. Their accessories label quickly became a favourite on the red carpet and has enjoyed a 'cult celebrity following' ever since. Notable celebrities fans of Tan & Brown include...Miranda Otto, Teresa Palmer, Krew Boylan, Phoebe Tonkin, Elizabeth Debicki, Grace Huang, Alexandra Richards, Ashley Roberts, Gracie Otto, Breanna Harding, Sophie Lowe, Sarah Snook and Pia Miranda.

Olivia and Courtney use luxe leathers and exotic materials to design Tan & Brown pieces. Merging the classic shapes and traditions of European styling with the vibrancy and colour of the Orient they've created eclectic and colourful collections - P.S. I LOVE YOU, GLOBAL.NOMAD.STYLE and soon to be released EVENING'S EMPIRE.

Global Nomads and adventurers at heart, the sisters enjoy an international lifestyle between Australia, Singapore and Bali often writing about the people and places they visit in their ezine - Global.Nomad.Style.

They launched their homewares range in 2012 with a range of Pestemal Towels from Turkey and plan to expand their offerings with scented candles later this year. In 2013 they will open their first store in Bali launching their Cruise, Shoes and Accessories Collection - 'Evening's Empire'.

Macquarie Radio Network (MRN) - Radio 2GB, 2CH & MTR.
2GB is the #1 Radio Station in Sydney.
Role: To assist in the smooth running of MRN from a Sales and Operational perspective. Supporting the Sales and Operational Executive Team (5 Managers) and CEO with sales and advertising bookings, communications, general operational matters, corporate hospitality and events relating to the Network. Stand-out Event Management achievements: The launch of Ross Greenwood's Money News Program, The Continuous Call Team Annual Sponsors' Event, The MTR Melbourne Launch of The Garden Clinic, The MRN Christmas Party and MRN's internal celebration for Alan Jones' 25 years in Radio Staff Recognition Event.


Zest Day Spa

Zest Day Spa was recognised as one of Sydney’s most popular day spas and received many awards for ‘excellence in customer service’.
Role: Business Operations and Spa Director and in charge of the day to day running of the salon. Trained in GUINOT, PAYOT, THALGO, DERMALOGICA, GERMAINE DE CAPUCCINI and MADAME KORNER. Attended seminars at the PAYOT INSTITUT in PARIS.
Note: Zest was sold to Beauty Spa Club International in October 2008 and was re-branded as part of their international franchise.

Business Events Sydney (formerly SCVB)

Membership Sales & Events

Promoting Sydney as one of the world’s leading destinations for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions (MICE) and encouraging businesses to become directly involved in this high-yield sector of the tourism industry.
Role: Working in a team of 3 the Membership Department were responsible for 80% of the revenue generated for the business. Managing all of the Bureau's networking and key industry events. During these years membership was at a record high with a large retention of membership and participation in events. Note: Member of the International Special Events Society and was studying for the CSEP (Certified Special Events Practitioner) certification through Washington University, USA.


DFS Galleria (Owned by LVMH Group)

Marketing & Events (Oceania)

DFS Galleria is one of Australia’s leading duty and tax-free department stores.
Role: To devise and manage store events and spotlight promotions across Oceania. Working in conjunction with the Asian and Opax Marketing Departments and Visual Merchandising Teams. These events were created to increase retail sales for designer fashion, liquor, fragrance, cosmetics, jewelry and souvenirs. Key Oceanic Events rolled out in all store locations: Sporting Life and Out of This World.

Olympic Promotions & Events

The Olympics Unit was dedicated to maximising Fairfax’s Sydney Olympic 2000 sponsorship.
Role: to work alongside the Olympic specialists and organise Promotions across all titles and in adherence to SOCOG guidelines.


Radio 2UE


2UE was the #1 Radio Station in Sydney at this time with radio legends such as John Laws, Alan Jones, John Stanley and Stan Zemanek broadcasters on this Station.
Role: To create and implement promotional campaigns, major listener events and functions. These successful campaigns resulted in increased time spent listening (TSL) and increased ratings. In addition, the Promotions Department assisted the Sales Team through their implementation of client promotions and therefore in turn helped them reach their aggressive sales targets.
Key Promotional Campaigns: Shop Your Way Around the World, Write Your Own Cheque, 2ND Honeymoon and David Jones Houseful of Gifts.
