•Decreased number of Title VI complaints filed by 70 percent during tenure by developing and implementing cmpliance assessment tool for external stakeholders.
•Motivated grant program staff to improve compliance in federally funded Department programs by initiating strategies for achieving federal compliance mandates and developing remediation strategies to achieve compliance.
