As the firm underwent a name change and firm branding I handled all planning for marketing events and conferences, including: creation of press releases, poster boards and brochures designs, exhibition booth planning and maintaining spreadsheets of contacts for sending out marketing materials and event invitations.
Beyond the duties mentioned above I also served as the office administrator which included the creation of an office procedural manual, handling new employee training, summer interns, incoming invoices, conference room set up, IT support, ordering office supplies, maintaining state bar membership status, preparation and filing for new state bar admissions and CLE requirements, office personnel files, answering multiline telephone system and maintenance of all other administrative duties within the DC office.
