Plant Process Readiness Engineer
Reviewed critical processes in Chrysler’s North American Plants to assess new product launch readiness. Primary objective was to proactively identify/resolve Man, Method, Machine, Materials, Environment and Product issues which might lead to decreased product quality and reliability.

Vehicle Layout Engineer
Analyzed vehicle CAD models using Teamcenter to ensure Vehicle Layout issues would be caught during digital design. Issues were effectively communicated in cross functional team meetings with engineering personnel from various fields.
• Digitally reviewed 2 new vehicles simultaneously. Discovered many issues and led them to digital resolution, and ensured that similar issues were not carried over to physical vehicles.
