Control everyday life of a restaurant. Including scheduling, cooking, daily ordering of supplies, controlling purchases versus sales, and daily controls for sales and food cost. Making sure all customers needs are meet and relationships with them are formed. Insuring that they return. Insuring each associate charge for everything sold due to them handwriting tickets. I train the companies new Manager trainees that are recruited through the system of management recruitment system. Keeping track of daily, weekly, and period paperwork. Paying attention to and knowing about outside events that are happening in the area that would effect business and scheduling accordingly for the influx of potential business. All this is a daily task with the business that goes on with Waffle House
