I assisted with apartment work orders, cleaning/fixing preoccupied units for tenant , and turning vacant units for new tenants.Grounds keeping when needed. I assist with lock outs. I handled plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues. Painting vacant and non vacant units when needed. Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled, carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance, responsible for alerting manager of any unusual activities or damage that has happened, complete payroll time sheets and mileage reimbursement and submit to supervisor. Maintain a professional , courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees. Assure safety and compliance is utilized doing working hours.
