-Development of organizational goals and objectives
-Implementation of strategic business initiatives
-Management of curriculum/training development statement of work
-Prioritization of development projects effecting multiple roles (manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, health and safety)
-Develop, publish, and maintain organizational policy and procedure
-Facilitate project management meeting for training development
-Resource and staff to meet organizational strategies
-Lead new candidate selection and participate in structured interviews
This position has provided many opportunities to hone skills related to the management of people & processes as well as multiple projects at one time. Cross functional relationships with multiple business units within The Boeing Company are essential for delivering quality training solutions in a timely manner.
Curriculum/Training released from the team I lead reaches up to 30,000 employees at many sites across the United States.
