Claudia is a team member of the IT dept at Brenau University. Claudia supports the Help Desk in addition to performing her duties as the Database Administrator.
Claudia is involved in all areas related to the CAMPUS/Collegix student information system. She helps coordinate updates, modifications, and enhancements through Brenau's vendor, Aptron.
Claudia is involved with new hire onboarding through technology orientations and training. Training is focused on faculty/staff in developing effective use of various applications,(MVQuery, Accuterm and CampusWEB). These applications are used to access data on the CAMPUS/Collegix student information system (SIS). Claudia continually updates and develops training material in the form of videos, PowerPoint presentations and written training resources for faculty, staff and students.
Currently, Claudia is focused on project coordination and communication for the AGS / Adult & Graduate Study format modifications. These programming changes directly impact the CAMPUS/Collegix Student Information System to aid in supporting non-term applicant and enrollment processes.
Claudia has been a member of Brenau's Staff Development Committee & BASA (Brenau Adult Student Association) Committee in previous years.

Served in the U.S. Army Reserve October 1988 to August 1995 - 7 years active ready reserve and 1 year inactive ready reserve. Primarily worked as a Material Control and Accounting Specialist in a Quartermaster unit.
