Accountable for all aspects of Business Center P&L, new sales, client retention and daily operations. Manage the CRM pipeline by consistently networking in the business community and conducting up to 15 or more new tours each month. Develop strategic marketing campaigns through various broker channel sales and vendor relationships with leading corporations including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, CoStar. Recruit, motivate and manage teams at each center. Coach all center GMs to achieve superior results and serve as coach lead in charge of training multiple other center GMs. Supervise Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and a positive Net Promoter Score resulting in promotions to higher levels of responsibility. Consistently drive maximization of value proposition, improved conversion and discount percentage on new deals.
