Reporting to the Global VP of Talent Management, responsibilities include:
Drive the Performance Management process and technology (SuccessFactors) so that employees achieve results and we drive organizational capability.
- Key leader for SuccessFactors design and implementation for goals, performance management, IDP, 360 assessment and talent modules.
- Designed and successfully delivered JIT training and resources to global HR Team.
Educate the global HR Team on the employee engagement survey process (from survey administration to action planning) so that we improve organizational effectiveness to attract, retain and develop talent.
Work with plant leadership teams and HR leadership to complete Capability Planning Workshops so that Tenneco builds a talent pipeline that supports business growth.
Partner with the VP of Talent to develop a global Talent Acquisition strategy, emphasizing the value of diversity and inclusion.
- Improving interviewing and selection process and first-year retention by leading global Targeted Selection program.
- Benchmarking best practices for global student / new graduate talent acquisition and development program.
