Key Priorities for Sales Force Effectiveness team:
Strategic Partnership with Managing Director & BUs: Defines , initiate and leads Strategic Initiatives that enable new models, drive process improvement, programs that improve effectiveness and reduce cost in the operating model.
Customer Centric Capabilities: Enables Customer Centric capabilities for MSD Greece adding value to our customers and shift SF focus to achieve company objectives
Increase commercial Effectiveness: Measure and benchmark the effectiveness of organization and identify and prioritize opportunities to tune performance. Optimize or redesign Salesforce for maximum customer value and sales performance
Align with MSD Priorities: Supports our priority products by identifying, validating and sharing solutions that optimize efficiency, increase performance and drive better business outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management: Utilize operational support to optimize impact with ongoing support of CRM to train, deploy, maintain and optimize implementations.
-Lead the SFE team, responsible for Greece, Cyprus, Malta
-Project Leader for Integrated Customer engagement
-Launch best-in-class capabilities for an effective Go-to-Market Strategy in Greek subsidiary including:
Key accounts and stakeholders management
Diversified brands and Pharmacy management
Analytics, Dashboards & Key performance indicators
-Sales teams design, sizing, territory management
-Sales force optimization and performance management
-Incentives & motivation
-Sales Targets holistic approach with enhanced statistic methodology across franchises
-CRM and mobile Sales force automation including:
Close loop marketing, marketing activities
