Eliminated approximately $135K from annual departmental budget within first six months.
Reduced outstanding commercial claims associated with changes to program scope from over $1.2M to less than $100K within first year.
Initiated and lead senior management team responsible for identifying and implementing 13% reduction in recurring material costs.
Drove cost containment efforts to bring program budget variances to within 5% of baseline plan.
