Employed as a Financial Customer Service Representative
-Responsibilities include: Provide all customers who qualify for payday loans, with loans based on fixed or employment income
-Promote all products that Cash Store Financial sells, such as: Direct Cash Pre-paid MasterCard’s, Debit Cards, RIA Money Transfers, Pre-Paid Phone Cards, GIC Loans, and Line of Credits and Cheque Cashing
- Know the features and benefits that each product has and how they can help the client
-Set Pre-Authorized Debits for clients that prefer that style of pay back for their pay day loan
-Issue cheques that can be also used as a funding method for pay day loans
-Balance cash four times per day and prepare deposits twice a day
-Involved in training for Anti Money Laundering, twice in a year
-Utilize collection methods such as collection calls and letters to inform clients who are late in repaying their pay day loans
- Lead sales calls in branch, promoting and advertising so that new clients have the best experience possible
- In charge of clients who are inactive and new clients and attracting new clients and following up with inactive clients
- More focused on Client Care and the needs of the client and working with them so financial needs can be met

Duties of Assistant Manager consisted of:
- Opening and Closing the store
- Doing the nightly deposit at *Londonderry Foot Locker*
- Motivating and Setting Examples for the team, so that the team and strive and achieve the goals set by our store manager and District Manager

-Created programs for the staff so that they are motivated to sell and Engage all customers
-Experience in various types and styles of footwear and apparel, especially in the athletic department
