Accurately receive all product entering the facility. Processes included opening, inspecting, and recording of product in the computer system. Staging of said product in the proper locations and progressing the orders to the next departments. Receiving of all internal picking tickets for stock parts to fill orders. Shipping of all products to client for final delivery and manufactures for proper credit reimbursements of warranty parts. Shipping included US Mail, Fed-Ex,UPS, and multiple freight companies to various destination domestic and foreign. Full control of stock room inventory, including ordering, physical stocking, distribution, additions of new parts and deletion of out dated parts. Partial assembly and preparation for new production items, staging of product in multiple locations, organizing all goods in warehouse. Scheduling production and maintaining a constant production work flow. Final inspection of built product in preparation for final delivery.

Production Manager

Managed the production of new equipment for the northeast branches of a regional production center. Lead a team of 8-10 members that were responsible for the preparation, quality review, purchasing , receiving, assembly, quality assurance and transport of all new equipment orders for 3-4 branches. Responsibilities on a daily basis included working with and overlooking the production team to stay on company set time frames and deadlines. Maintain efficiency , consistency and to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. Weekly reporting and reviews were done to make sure we were on par with the rest of the company across the country.

Training of all production employees on all aspects of the computer system, and every aspect of their respective job. This included quoting of product from various manufactures, data entry based on order forms and said quotes, ordering of parts via email,fax, or phone. Order confirmations to make sure manufactures received our order and to get estimated ship dates to plan for assembly. Receiving product in the computer system correctly to continue the work flow to assembly. Working with FedEx, UPS, postal service and freight companies and their said systems to ship. Assembly of hundreds of various products that were built to spec and individualized for clients. Consistent training came from internal and external sources on a monthly basis to assure the team was confident and seasoned. Product was reviewed for quality by myself and then set for branch delivery on a daily basis.

Creation and maintenance of inventory system was established and controlled. This included a yearly inventory count at the end of every year.

Travel to associated branches to assist with daily procedures and protocol.
Travel to other branches across the country to liquidate inventory, to help open and close new branches, help with the acquisition of competing companies. Including inventory, packing and shipping of product and equipment to various locations and other branches

Yearly reviews were performed and conducted for all production staff.

Communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving were required on a daily basis.
