-Contributed to the day-to-day management of installation including confirming inventory sheets are filled and filed, responding to Installation Agent (IAs) calls from the field, cross checking customer installation task assignment and completion record in Surge.
-Assisted in the development and implementation of the recruitment, training and auditing programs of IAs. This including soliciting and providing feedback for the development of new training and procedural manuals.
-Conducted and supported groups and individual field training for IAs.
-Worked with the Call Centre, Distribution, Service, and Sales Teams to meet installation targets by collaborating on areas of overlap, communicating regularly, and recommending strategies for improvement.
-Implemented quality assurance processes through field evaluations, audits, and up-trainings of IAs.
-Followed financially and reporting policies, project forms, financial forms and other administrative duties as required to fulfill the position.
-Maintained personal and company equipment inventory. Ensured all tools and equipment are accounted for and maintained and that material inventory stocks are kept up to date.
-Be punctual and professional with all staff, customers, contractors and in all ways act as a dedicated agent of the Off-Grid Electric Rwanda Ltd. Acted as an example to others in following employee policies and procedures.
