•Recruiting for contract and full-time positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level. This includes sourcing, cold calling, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and issuing offer letters to candidates.
•Leverage company’s internal ATS database (Bullhorn) to reach out to qualified candidates.
•Utilize tools such as Monster, Dice, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source for candidates through Boolean search.
•Build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates through regular communication.
