I am currently getting my Masters in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on diaspora and new media. My main interest is trade publishing, particularly literary fiction and memoirs. I have experience in blogging, event execution, and follow book media/trends.

I work with the selected fiction and poetry submission for the season's issue. Besides collaborating with the senior editors and assistant editors in their respective departments (art, poetry, and fiction) I also work with the chosen authors to get their work edited for the issue. I view/read 20+ fiction, 30+ poetry, and 30+ art submissions from students all over the United States.

I assisted in event setup, visitor greeting and workshop sign ups, worked alongside gallery coordinator and registrar with administrative and exhibit-specific tasks including distributing materials and visitor inquiries.

I facilitated family programming for the museum, researching talent and artists for programs (this included writing short bios for the
entertainment), tabulated and summarized audience attendance and surveys, responsible for updating museum's e-mailing list, and assisted in children's workshops.

At this contemporary art gallery in Tokyo, I created and maintained the english twitter account for the gallery, conducted interviews with artists and international visitors for gallery blog, and I was responsible for correcting English translations and correspondence. I also conducted interviews and took pictures for their blog at their event Design Festa Vol. 32.
