• Manage 20 or more insurance software implementation projects of various size and timelines using Waterfall Project Management Methodologies.
• Oversee and direct the tasks and responsibilities to appropriate resource teams to ensure project success.
• Primary customer contact from project inception to project completion. Ensure that any changes to project scope, timeline, and budget are negotiated properly before being put through a formal change control process.
