Private Training specialized in designing and implementing one-on-one customized programs to meet specific health and fitness goals. I assessed health history, fitness level, physical abilities, lifestyle, and goals in order to design a personalized program to help a client achieve maximum results. With my education in advanced biomechanics, the clients gained access to cutting-edge programming based on a multi-dimensional approach to exercise. I also provided sessions focused on improving flexibility and range of motion. I would assess any muscular imbalances or restrictions in muscular flexibility and then work to help restore full range of motion. The sessions may include static or active stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation or self myofacial release.
I am trained in 5 star service by the Four Seasons hotel staff in Miami.
Also, I am comfortable communication with doctors and therapist pre and post surgeries to guide a client thought their exercise program.
