Cardiovascular Hospital District Manager South Florida
Leading a team of Cardiovascular Nurse Consultants promoting an oral anti-platelet therapy for Acute Coronary Syndrome. Coaching team around effective use of engaging questions/active listening to gain insight into customer needs. Encourage the use of approved tools, resources and messages to persuasively educate and build brand advocacy. Train team members on strategic pre and post call planning, data interpretation, trend identification and evaluation, budget utilization and company compliance. Collaboration and integration with sales partners, Managed Market team, and Medical Science Liaisons. Key customers include but not limited to staff nurses, case managers, unit managers, department directors, cardiology offices and pharmacists both hospital and retail.
