Manage team of 7 Project Managers that are responsible for various retainer based projects within the Sears Holdings Corp. Directly responsible for growth, development and success of my team. Serve as escalation point for conflict resolution within the teams I manage as well as both internal and external teams.
Facilitate various user research sessions through the use of focus group process as well as various user research technologies.
Experience managing wide breadth of projects for various business units. Mentor and manage project managers working on individual projects within the programs I support. Well versed in creating documentation for new and updated processes, standards, templates writing and developing training materials.
Ability to lead a team through pitch generation and RFP response and experience in SOW generation.
Ability to effectively create and facilitate sessions with a focus on: brainstorming, requirements generation, mid and post-mortem, and group sessions through the use of group facilitation methods and best practices. Experience in developing a dynamic meeting agenda that takes into account project and meeting goals as well as understanding team dynamics. Skilled in gathering groups together and assisting with conflict resolution, collaboration and consensus building.
Build, cultivate, and maintain long term relationships within the User Experience, Online Business Unit, and external Business Units within Sears Holdings Corp.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Basecamp, Qualtrics, User Testing.com and all products within Microsoft Suite, including Visio.
