I am one of the original team members that has built a social listening platform for Walmart. I work in a matrix organization where I support multiple teams and business partners for cross-collaboration of work and ideas. We use social listening and text analytic platforms to listen to the voice of the customer within the world of social media. Through this we help add qualitative data using the customer voice to the quantitative side of our market research teams.
