Occupational Health Roles:
Delivery of emergency and non-emergency medical care to the Personnel On board (POB)
Managed caseloads of patients, overseeing daily needs, appointments and counseling
Visited disaster locations and carried out quick surveys to obtain information for demographic studies
Maintained precise records of distributed medical resources, and did so according to individual specifications.
Created and coordinated preventive health programs to educate crew members about preventive health measures and available community health resources
Trained and supervised ancillary first aid staff every month
Conducted health inspection of working sites and healthcare facilities to evaluate SOC(System of Care), improve or add new services.
Requested for new and put away old supplies, stocked medicines, filed, made copies, and performed other tasks as needed
Effectively sustain Two-way radio communications with Helicopter pilots
Delivery of safety briefing to all inbound personnel
Sustenance of safety induction to all new personnel arriving on the installation
Management of the POB levels of the FPSO and daily circulation of updates
Regular monitoring of the weather conditions to ensure that the helicopter pilots land under safe conditions
Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and plan risk elimination measures
Evaluate and analyze accidents and make palliative recommendations
Ensure that contractors effectively effect HSE Plans and comply with terms and condition
Monitor performance of crew and site management personnel to ensure conformity with contractor's internal HSE standards and HSE requirements and reduce the impact of explorative activities on host communities
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings on HSE related matters; provide assistance in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects.
