Support a Global team of 150 PSO Operations personnel for Training and Development - research, recommend, design training and development strategies applicable for Operations team as part of the PSO multi-year change management program.
Key Achievement in Singapore Office is the Championing of the AutoElite Program, a self-help learning and development model where the operations staff can grow and develop in Autodesk.

Previously based in Dublin and China for nearly 10 years, has been focused on Operations ,Training, Project Management in Software industry, has extensive working experience partnering with functional and globally diversified teams from Operations, Sales, Sales Operations, Software Engineering, EIS and HR .
