Began as the sole administrative support for the six person Planning and Evaluation unit. Supported the agency's initial pursuit of accreditation as response to a grand jury decision which involved collaborating with external consultants and internal stakeholders. I worked on the client satisfaction survey, planned events for staff throughout the county and essentially served as the go to person for anything the team needed.

I collaborated with teachers, counselors and other youth-serving organizations in providing employment skills workshops for youth between 14 and 21 years old. We also provided recruitment services for local employers at no cost.
