Merkle is a leading data-driven, technology-enabled, global performance marketing agency that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. In 2016, the agency joined the Dentsu Aegis Network. I hold two roles at Merkle – leading marketing for the travel, media, and entertainment vertical and director of social.
As director of travel, media and entertainment marketing I am responsible for positioning Merkle's offerings in a way that speaks to the unique challenges in the travel, media, and entertainment spaces in order to increase awareness, leads and ultimately business within these industries.
My director of social and content role is focused on driving leads, building brand equity and increasing share of voice through social, paid social and content. As part of this, I am building and engaging the Merkle community to become social ambassadors on behalf of the brand and overseeing our internal content and social platform that enables this.
