Server and responsible for taking to-go and delivery orders. Responsible for all aspects of guests service in an extremely busy, fast paced environment. Regular duties included opening the restaurant, keeping items stocked and cleaned, and keeping specific focus on providing excellent service to each guest. Menu featured speciality items as well as fresh local items and ingredients. Maintained excellent knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
As manager responsibilities included seeing over staff in front and back of the house. Focus on customers being satisfied with their dining experience.
