Community Outreach + Client Relations Coordinator

I joined this fashion-tech startup on a full-time freelance basis to assist with several specific challenges: serving as a point-person for our rapidly growing but disengaged community, leading strategic community outreach and technical support [increasing community by 10% and resolving outstanding issues via Zendesk support], event coordination on behalf of clients, and acting as a liaison between brand and agency clients and the bloggers within our community during our campaigns.
My responsibilities expanded to producing weekly client-facing editorials, pitching talent to our subscribing clients, copywriting for e-mail marketing [editing and coding basic HTML in a custom CMS] and site content, and naturally, supporting founders in the day-to-day operations of this startup in its first year.
I am now transitioning from full-time in order to actively look for my next opportunity with a company I adore.
