Screen resumes and interview candidates for various full-time, temp-to-perm, and/or contract positions in Information Technology for potential hire according to clients’ requirements.
Provide staffing services to major corporations throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
Manage and supervised work tactics and ethics of all hired professionals on assignments. Evaluate and processed weekly timesheets and expense reports of contracted employees.
Manage and maintain communication with applicants to assess their employment status, qualifications, and credentials on an ongoing basis.
Implement clients’ policies, benefits, and Equal Opportunity packages to the new hire(s). This also encompasses a thorough background check on the applicants’ criminal history, educational achievement, and drug testing prior to employment.
Verify citizenship status of all temporary employees (i.e., U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder/Permanent Resident, H-1 or F-1 Visa)
Administer employment applications, I-9 and W-4 forms.
Generate offer letters, created spreadsheets/reports to track and manage employment status of temporary employee.
Provide customer service to clients and hired associates.
