Exhibitions Assistant

Manages the development, coordination, installation and de-installation of all exhibitions and events under the guidance of the Chief Curator. Assists with all operations relating to the gallery including: exhibition programming, art research, coordination of exhibiting artists, sales, marketing, and development initiatives.

Manages all exhibitions and acts as the direct liaison to all artists and clientele. Implements media strategies for exhibitions, and oversees daily gallery operations including artist coordination, exhibition programming, sales management, supervision of all logistics for art installations, and artwork inventory systems. Point of contact for all exhibition-related finances, exhibition/award applications, contracts, and external contractors. Develops partnerships on behalf of the Center and works with local organizations on programming and community outreach initiatives. Curates exhibitions and works directly alongside the Chief Curator.


The Bazemore Gallery

Gallery Manager

Was as the lead contact for artists, sale inquiries, exhibition programming, and marketing initiatives. Oversaw all artist contracts and consignment agreements, developed and designed marketing materials, collaborated with PR reps on coverage and handled all promotional outreach. Managed installation procedures and coordinated all event logistics.


Bazemore Enterprises LLC

Director of Operations

Bazemore Enterprises LLC owns The Bazemore Gallery, The Juice Merchant, and an extensive commercial property portfolio in Philadelphia.

Headed business operations and marketing strategy for the enterprise. Wrote and executed agreements, contracts, and worked to generate operational policy that streamlined processes for efficiency. Worked to develop relationships and partnerships on behalf of the Enterprise and worked with local organizations on programming and community outreach initiatives.

Served as the front line liaison to clients; served as the company’s internal operations and marketing manager, handled logistics for conferences and special events, managed day-to-day office operations, maintained all digital management, social media platforms, and oversaw the design of all marketing materials for the agency.
