FINANCE MANAGER (2009-2012): Planning and analysis of monthly forecast, Provide analysis and approval recommendations for capital spending requests. Work directly with department director in managing projects; Responsible for a budget of over $21M per annum; Provide analysis essential in the management of department's initiatives; Oversee the accuracy of reports within several financial reporting tools including SAP, MOPPS and excel based models.
PROGRAM COORDINATOR (2013-Present): Lead forecasting process month over month for program(s), and thus projects. Responsible for purchase order and invoicing tracking per project on a daily basis. Oversee the financial increase process in place for all projects under programs. Track variances and financial discrepancies. Report and explain month over month financial project activity. Oversee labor, software and hardware requests.
