I have operated the family business with my brothers since 1993. My responsibilities include day to day sales working with customers to find the perfect bicycle or accessories. I have more than twenty years experience as a bike fitter working with all types of riders. I am a problem solver and can think on my feet very quickly to solve and resolve problems. I am also responsible for the financial concerns for the business. This includes bill pay, payroll and other banking concerns. I manage a staff of six full time employees and numerous seasonal part time employees. I also share in the hiring of these employees. Other duties include sales projections, purchasing, maintenance of facilities, inventory management and merchandising. I also lead weekly rides from the store and organize off road adventures from time to time as well. I love to work out and ride my bike!

After conducting needs analysis for the prospect we would recommend products and machines that would streamline their manufacturing process.
