Lead cross functional teams and get alignment for better visibility of inventory and actions to meet targets;
Ensure sales and demand planning to be translated into manufacturing, inventory and logistic plan on the optimal supply-demand balance;
Drive input from Sales, Marketing and Operations and Supply Chain to improve the overall accuracy and efficiency of the S&OP process;
Lead a team to analyze NIKE China logistic, inventory, DSI, sales order flow, warehouse capacity utilization and SKU depth through statistic and simulation, get the cross-functional alignment;
Lead cross functional teams to align the solution on sales order flow change and analyze the current situation and affection, build up a model to automatically separate orders to fit optimal solution.
