Lead cross functional teams to align the solution on sales order flow change and analyze the current situation and affection, build up a model to automatically separate orders to fit optimal solution.

Led 5 SJTU MBA and 2 Honeywell employees to conduct HOME’s market enter strategy setup VOC research and analyzing in ECC;

Designed the questionnaire with BU BD director, strategy and marketing director and product managers;

Led the team to accomplish VOC research, analyze the key factors of buying, purchasing habit and brand, etc.;

Youngor Sunrise Textile D&F CO., Ltd.

Led a 50 people team, including 3 SJTU MBA, Youngor Sunrise mid-level management team and operators, to improve Sunrise garment factory producing efficiency and reduce cost.;

Built 3 level models for optimizing line balancing and guiding the IE team to build a production database;

Shortened the learning curve of operators 35% by improving line balancing, preparation of producing and 5S field management;
