Handling day-to-day accounting transaction and bookkeeping.
Prepare long-term and short-term budget for purpose of cash management and raise investment.
Prepare annual financial statement and tax computation of the company, aware of changes of financial reporting standards and tax regulation.
Deal with HR and payroll related activities, and aware of changes of HR related regulation and its effect on HR practices.
Prepare legal document, this includes loan agreement, employment agreement, NDA, etc..
Facilitate corporate legal activities, e.g. Share issue, share transfer, company migration, director appointment, auditor appointment etc.. Aware of changes of Company Act and its effect on corporate compliance.
Conduct financial auditing on companies from different industry, includes construction, retailer, manufacturing, services etc. aware of Private Entity Reporting Standards (PERS) in Malaysia.
Conduct internal auditing on a few major clients.
Conduct tax assessment on company, sole proprietorship, partnership and personal taxation. Aware of changes of tax law and its effect to tax assessment and tax administration.
Assist corporate service department in preparing corporate service paperwork, this includes prepare resolution, annual return, statutory audit etc.
Deal with day-to-day accounting transaction and booking keeping on account payable department.
Assist senior executive in preparing subsidiary budget.
Manage account payables and prepare payment for due invoices.
