Serve as HR Support for Mercedes Benz R&D Southern California locations. Coach, counsel, and act as sounding board for client Leadership Team on various HR issues including employee relations, organizational changes, performance management, succession planning etc
Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, including change management throughout the organization.
Primary contact partner for DCA (Daimler Corporate Academy) and LEAD Performance Management Process.
Support all HR compliance standards including ISO, corporate audits and HR Operational processes.
Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees and partner with HR colleagues to align and execute on HR and corporate initiatives.
