Key Accountabilities:

Proactively work with financial advisors, mortgage brokers, dealerships, MGA’s, other centers of influence to generate sales results and demonstrate the many merits of integrating banking products and services within their existing business.

Act as an information resource, local product expert and sales solutions expert for the full range of Bank products and services.

Contribute to the growth and profitability of the district and territories of Manulife Bank and Trust by maintaining a regular advisor contact program, ensuring effective management and expansion of each relationship.

Develop and deliver sales presentations to a range of audiences, from small groups to large forums.

Work to ensure business flows seamlessly by coordinating field activities and directing business to the appropriate servicing unit of the Bank & Trust Company.

Improve organization effectiveness by acting as a conduit for feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to relevant solutions.

Work with the District Vice President and Retail Lending Specialist within the defined district to build advisor interest in Manulife Bank & Trust debt management solutions.
