* Facilitate and coach groups and individuals on visual branding, business etiquette, sales and networking skills.
* Champion for good manners and service excellence and I believe that passion can lead to HAPPY people and a POSITIVE working environment. So I work with private and government organisations to help develop and cultivate a healthier culture in the workplace.
* An essential part of the program I deliver includes rapport building and image congruence skills that help people provide better customer service and sales. Knowing what to say is different from knowing how to say it.
* Facilitator with Road Safety Education Limited and deliver their award winning RYDA program to senior high school students (RYDA programs help #SaveKidsLives) and a sessional trainer with Prahran Mission - Everyone has the right to a decent life.
