Cathy has developed her expertise through more than 35 years of B2B experience working in a variety of roles for small as well as large companies. She has successfully negotiated deals for smaller businesses and 3M that optimized both financial as well as business outcomes, developed new business opportunities in a variety of industries, and created / implemented business transition plans including succession plans and company sales for family held businesses. An effective negotiator, she utilizes creativity and tactics to produce positive outcomes such as negotiating the equivalent of $5M of funding assistance from a large industry player for an entrepreneurial start-up in exchange for limited marketing rights to the start-up’s new technology instead of an equity position.
