With experience in Sales, Quoting and Customer Service, I bring real-world, hands-on experience to my workshops. Specializing in Selling Skills, I deliver instructor-led workshops and am involved in the development of e-learning courses for Sales. In addition, I create and execute global sales training programs for both new and experienced employees, leveraging expertise from all facets of the organization. Effective Communication, Influencing and Reaching Agreements and Persuasive Presentations are a sample of the soft-skill workshops that I offer.
