Lead a team responsible for ensuring moblity capital build program objectives and guidelines are understood and followed cross organizationally. Leads the development of new processes and performs gap analysis on existing processes within the mobility network. Ensures mobility build program updates are completed between cross-functional systems in order to build out the mobility network on time and according to plan.
As part of the Network Project Management Organization, my team is responsible for reporting on and the analytics of the national mobility network build program including:
•Operational program health reporting
•Executive program health reporting
•Ad hoc reporting
•Report development & data management
Support AT&T Service Operations by managing and executing various projects within the U-verse and mobility/wireless spaces. Projects included the U-verse Total Home DVR phase 2 rollout and the Mobility Network Gold Standard Project. Also support VP of AT&T Service Operations with Chief of Staff duties.
Manage a crew of premises technicians who install and maintain AT&T's TV product, U-Verse. Responsible for U-Verse installations and repairs in the East Bay, specifically Emeryville, Piedmont, Oakland, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Hayward, Union City, Newark, and Fremont.
Manage and lead a team of service representatives who provide government, education, and medical non-profit customer, such as school districts and hospitals, with Federal E-Rate and state California Teleconnect Fund discounts on their telecommunications services. Worked with federal, state, and private auditors to ensure discounts were given properly and followed federal and state laws.
Trading foreign currency and initiating or accepting international wire transfers for bank clients.
