• Support two Managing Directors by creating proposals for properties using Adobe InDesign, as well as updating agreements of services, and providing other administrative tasks.
• Create flyers, newsletters and other marketing materials to be sent out through email campaigns to gain prospective clients.
• Research and assist in producing materials for presentations using research websites like Reis, Landvision, & CoStar.
• Maintain and update property details and prospects using multiple online websites.
• Handle a high volume of confidential and sensitive information.
• Maintain and update contacts in Outlook on a regular basis.
• Prepare expense reports in accordance with firm policy.
• Backup receptionist and other administrative staff as needed.
