1. Recruitment and Selection
Prepares all job descriptions and posts job advertisements to Monster and other job boards, arranges interviews, and facilitates all pre-employment requirements with the applicant.
Sources candidates and conducts pre-screening interviews, and follow up interviews with potential candidates. Responds to queries from job applicants, employees and managers
Organizes interview space and room set up for interviews
