Create a recruiting game plan every week and recruiting calendar every month.
Call recruits every Monday and Thursday for our Tuesday and Friday interviews.
Follow up with new hires to set up their orientation.
Conduct orientations for new hires where I provide them with information on loss prevention, proper fitting room procedures, walk out procedures, how to check their schedule, etc.
Ensure that customers have a great store experience by offering great customer service.
Deliver Career Development Plans to my managers to go over my short term and long term goals for them to get them to the next position.
