Inventory manager of all liquor and wine. FOH Trainer for bar tending and server positions, active headwait: oversaw all server, bar and to-go cash and credit checkouts, counted down drawers, entered in financial data into Excel systems, and sign off on the night's deposit. As a server and bartender I am not only tested on my knowledgeably of all menu items, but also have the ability to adapt to a customers needs, no matter how big or small, work in a time sensitive environment, quick decision making skills, and be able to anticipate customer's needs.
