•Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leaders and helping them integrate and implement strategic Human Resources practices that align with the needs of the business
•Serve as member of business leadership team and help define people practices required to meet business strategies ensuring the company effectively attracts, retains, and engages employees
•Collaborate and partner with Human Resource Centers of Expertise to offer HR solutions which include workforce planning, total rewards, talent retention strategies, leadership development, performance management, employee relations and investigations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and leadership coaching among other people practices
•Execute processes to support the business needs of client groups including job postings, job evaluations, base pay recommendations, transfers, promotions, terminations/resignations, etc.
•Identify key talent segments and focus development, retention and succession efforts to mitigate risk
•Work with business leaders and staffing Center of Expertise to translate workforce plan into actionable staffing plan and monitor progress toward execution
