Owns Talent Acquisition, Training and Development practice at 125-person, multi-location agency.
Doubled our full-time staff across all levels and functional areas (Creative, Account, Project Management, Tech, Strategy, Operations).
Builds and nurtures candidate relationships to ensure healthy pipeline and oversees interview/hiring process from sourcing to time of onboarding.
Leads agency-wide training initiatives, including assessment of needs, calendar development, internal communication, vendor selection and MSA/SOW negotiations.
Partners with Senior Management Team as subject matter expert on a variety of topics, including recruiting strategies, talent engagement, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, high-potential employees, sticky situations and overall development of internal culture.
Performs comprehensive compensation analysis for all roles and stays up to date on best practices, market trends and regulatory issues.
Developed awesome mentor, intern and new hire buddy programs from scratch, resulting in increased employee engagement and performance. Currently building new programs, including multi-level management, interview skills and mindfulness at work.
Develops and executes employer branding strategies, including corporate partnerships, university outreach and awards programs.
Oversees employee recognition programs.
Manages internal and external resources as needed. Leads internal team focused on ongoing calendar of events.
